Its personality is directly modeled after the mantis shrimp — a creature famous worldwide for being both solitary and extraordinarily aggressive regardless of the opposition it faces. In the Arachyu's case, that aggression is backed by Huge-class proportions and Tier 5 combat capability, making it one of the most formidable aquatic predators in the game. Solitary by nature, Arachyu do not form packs or tolerate other creatures in their territory. They are ambush-style hunters that excel in the aquatic zones where their size and power are most advantageous. Obtainable from the Rotation Store as a Rare creature for 7,500 Shooms, the Arachyu is consistently available but requires a substantial in-game currency investment.
