Cyanbloom
Glows faintly in the dark and doubles as a lantern when the spells run dry. Cyanbloom is a two-handed staff at 1750 Tria from Breda, gated behind INT 12. M.ATK +8 against Dewdrop's +6, Cast Speed +0.05x instead of +0.03x, Damage Up +3%, Max MP +20 and MP regeneration at +2.0 per second. That last figure is the real upgrade. Doubling passive mana regen changes how long a caster can keep working between rests far more than two points of magic attack do. Attack Speed sits at -0.03x, the cost of going two-handed. Cyanbloom expects you to cast rather than swing, and any caster still poking things with a stick at INT 12 is playing the wrong way. Being two-handed also removes the shield. For a cloth-wearing class that is a real loss, and it is the main argument for skipping this and saving for Caged Prism at INT 15, which is one-handed, has M.ATK +13 and the same MP regeneration. The lantern line is doing more than flavour work. Anyone who has been caught out after dark without a Lantern equipped knows what light is worth, and a staff that provides it frees the dedicated lantern slot for something else. Breda pays 65 Tria to take it back, and no mob drops it, so buying is the only route. Where Cyanbloom earns its 1750 Tria is the stretch between INT 12 and INT 15. That is a short window for most casters, which makes the purchase hard to justify unless you are levelling slowly or fighting content where the extra magic attack changes what you can kill. The honest recommendation: stay on Dewdrop and put the 1750 Tria toward Caged Prism instead. Buy Cyanbloom only if INT 15 is a long way off and your current staff is actively holding you back.
