Patch v1.2.13 brings the Guild System, and it is the bigger headline. The change that will matter more to most players is buried further down the notes: Lycaros now pays everyone who qualifies, not just the top three and one lucky raffle winner.
Lycaros finally rewards showing up
We covered this problem when Lycaros launched. The guaranteed rewards for the top three consumed the first six prizes, which meant a server that only reached seven prizes had exactly one left to raffle among everyone else. Our own run finished fifth with 10% of total server damage and came away with nothing.
That is fixed. Every qualified fighter now receives:
2x Magnifying Glass
3x Goblin Coin
3,500 Tria
300 Guild EXP
On top of that, the base Prize Pool went from 6 to 10, so four prizes now exist for the raffle before the server deals a single point of extra damage. The top three also get Magnifying Glasses of their own, randomly split among party members: 5x for first, 3x for second, 2x for third.
Two smaller quality of life wins. The Event Calendar now shows Lycaros' schedule in your local time, so no more converting GMT+7 in your head. And Magnifying Glasses were added to the Claw Machine prize pool, which means the Identify system is no longer gated behind a single weekly boss.
Creating a guild costs 499 Robux
Guilds are created through Rendall. There is no free option and no in-game currency alternative, so one person in your group has to pay real money.
Creation cost: 499 Robux
Starting capacity: 15 members
Maximum capacity: 30 members after upgrades
Fifteen slots fill faster than you expect. Plan who is actually going to be active before you start handing out invites, because the upgrade to 30 is not free either.

The Arcane Offering tree
Guild EXP comes primarily from donations at the Arcane Offering tree. Each member can offer 10 materials per day, and each material is worth 5 Guild EXP.
That is a hard cap of 50 Guild EXP per member per day. There is no way to speed it up by donating more valuable materials, so a stack of common junk works exactly as well as anything rare. Dump your surplus.
How long does Guild Level 2 actually take?
Level 2 needs 30,000 Guild EXP. Here is what that means in practice.
A full guild of 15 members offering their daily maximum produces 750 Guild EXP per day. On donations alone that is 40 days to the first level up.
Lycaros changes the picture considerably. Each qualified fighter now brings 300 Guild EXP back from the hunt. With 15 members clearing the damage threshold weekly, that adds roughly 640 EXP per day on average, which cuts the climb to somewhere near three weeks.
At the 30 member cap with everyone active, you are looking at closer to 11 days. The gap between an active guild and a half-dead one is enormous, and it compounds.
Practical conclusion: a guild of 15 committed players who all fight Lycaros will out-level a guild of 30 names that never log in. Recruit accordingly.
Guild decorations are a separate storage
This one confuses people on day one. The Guild Deco Storage is not the same as the treasury and not the same as your own inventory.
Decorations have to be donated into the guild storage first. Once they are in there, any member can pull from that pool to build up the guild plot. Storage starts at a capacity of 50 slots.
So if you are the one who wants a nicely built plot, donating your spare building materials is the prerequisite, not the reward.
Arcane Defense runs every Friday
Arcane Defense is the guild event, available every Friday. The catch is that the Guild Leader has to start it. It does not launch on a timer.
If your leader is inactive or in a different timezone, your guild simply does not get to play the content. Worth sorting out before Friday rather than during it, and worth considering when you pick who holds the leader role.
Note also that Arcane Defense lands on Friday and Lycaros on Saturday. Guild weekends are now genuinely busy.
Guild ranking runs on CP
Guilds are ranked by total Combat Power, which is the sum of what the members bring rather than anything the guild itself does. A smaller guild of strong players can outrank a full guild of newcomers.
At the time of writing the top of the board sits around 55,000 CP. Our own guild, GamingFansites, is currently third with 48,394 CP across 14 of 15 slots. If you want in, look us up in the guild list.
Everything else in v1.2.13
Damage Up cap raised from 100% to 120%. If you were already hitting the ceiling on buffs, you have 20% more headroom now, which matters most in a damage race like Lycaros.
Magnifying Glass added to the Claw Machine, giving a second source for Identify materials.
Network performance improvements. The team reduced the amount of data being transmitted, which should help on weaker connections and during crowded events.
What to do this week
Offer 10 materials at the Arcane Offering tree every single day. Missed days do not carry over.
Clear the Lycaros damage threshold on Saturday. The 300 Guild EXP is worth six days of tree donations on its own.
Donate spare building materials into Guild Deco Storage rather than selling them.
Confirm your Guild Leader will be online on Friday, or Arcane Defense does not happen.
Recheck your Damage Up sources now that the cap sits at 120%.
Free rewards also arrive through redeem codes whenever the game hits a like milestone, and those expire quickly. Our The Portal codes page tracks the active ones.
