Recipe: 24 Wood, 12 Scrap Metal, 6 Rusty Gear, 2 Junk Core. M.ATK +23 with Cast Speed +0.08x, Damage Up +6%, Max MP +45 and MP regeneration at +3.0 per second. It also carries P.ATK +10 and Attack Speed +0.04x, which is unusual on a caster weapon and suggests it expects you to swing occasionally. That +3.0 mana regeneration is the standout. Every staff Breda sells tops out at +2.0, so Peekaboo restores half again as fast, and over a long fight that adds up to fewer Berry Smoothies at 140 Tria a cup. Against Voidlantern at M.ATK +18, Cast Speed +0.08x and Max MP +40, the comparison is close. Peekaboo wins on magic attack, mana pool and regeneration. Voidlantern is available at INT 17, eight levels earlier, and costs 2450 Tria rather than a farming project. Lycaros drops it at 15.98%, Junk King at 7.74% and Scarecrow Goblin at 0.17%. Vendors buy it at 130 Tria. Peekaboo needs nothing unlocked beyond INT 25. Worth building for an Enchanter who has hit INT 25 and wants the mana regeneration more than raw magic attack. If your problem is running dry mid-fight rather than not hitting hard enough, this solves it more directly than any staff on Breda's rack. Junk Totem at INT 27 is the next step and asks for four cores instead of two.
