Four times what Thornprick asks, and the four Fossilized Amber is the wall at 18.42% from Living Wardrobe. Lycaros drops it at 4.22%, Grandfather Clock at 0.60%. Vendors buy it at 364 Tria. Heartwood Maul needs nothing unlocked beyond VIT 37. Carry it as a second weapon rather than a primary. Amber Mallet at VIT 35 keeps Voidguard in your off hand and clears ordinary content faster. Swap to the maul when something is actually wearing armour, which is exactly the situation nothing else in the game handles this well.
