Building all three costs 21, or around 180 Grandfather Clock kills at 11.54%. No level or class restriction applies, and no shop stocks it. The creaking is flavour, though it does fit a pattern. Chair Treant, Living Wardrobe, Grandfather Clock and Teapot Toadstool are all furniture that moves, and the materials they drop are described as still partly alive. Whether the forest animated the furniture or the furniture was always the forest is left open. Farm the clock. Nothing else in this tier comes close for mid-tier materials.
