Tin Treaders give +1.2 with MDEF +5 for a dexterity build. Barrel Boots are the slowest of the three and the only one built for a character who was never going to outrun anything anyway. Worth farming early in the tier. Boots are the piece that makes everything else bearable, and at 15.98% from Lycaros they arrive quickly. Anyone assembling the heavy set should get these before the chest, because a -3.0 movement penalty with no boots is the fastest way to stop enjoying the game.
