Reading Battle Cry I raises the skill by one level, up to level 6. That is six books before Battle Cry II becomes the next step. The only toggle in the shop. Battle Cry switches on and stays on, buffing all party members rather than firing once. No cooldown to track and no repeated casting, which is a completely different rhythm from the rest of the Warrior tab. 700 Tria a copy, 4200 for the full six levels.
